Build the most powerful version of yourself
Entrepreneur · LeaderCoach · Athlete
I brought discipline from sport, entrusted it to business, and now I entrust it to people.
Personal development, stepping into business, twelve years of network marketing and leading an organization —my path has always been about one thing: growth.I don’t only teach the path of growth;I have lived it.In truth, my success isn’t only what I have achieved;it is what I have built in others.
I’m Sara — an entrepreneur, leader and coach, active in personal development, with 12 years of experience in network marketing and a long background in sport. My life has been shaped by resilience, continuous learning, real business experience and a deep commitment to helping people grow — personally, professionally and financially. I have built and led a large organization, invested significantly in my own growth and development, and I am now building a multidimensional personal brand that brings leadership, business, personal growth, financial empowerment and sport together. My mission is simple: to grow, to lead, and to help others become the best and most powerful version of themselves.

A life that began with sport
My father was a professional athlete, and discipline was the first thing I learned — before any other lesson.
The start of a serious passion for personal growth
I learned that practice, repetition and owning the result work off the court, too.
Taking the risk, starting with empty hands
I started with no capital and no network. I tried several businesses and took something from each one.
What had taken years to build was lost in a short time. The family business went bankrupt, and the peak we had been standing on gave way beneath our feet.
Instead of waiting for someone else to fix things, I built the next twelve years myself.
Owning the result. Without it, none of the other steps hold.
Purposeful learning, and investing in yourself.
Execution in the real world, with calculated risk.
Building people who become leaders themselves.
Results follow the four steps before them — they are not the starting point.
Keynotes, workshops and training at conferences, organizations and universities.
A collaboration proposal, a speaking invitation, or simply a question — whatever it is, it will be read.
